We’re a dedicated team of 18 hotel-trained professionals keeping Auckland’s hospitality properties spotless and guest-ready.
From daily room turnovers to deep cleans and general maintenance, we work as an extension of your team without the HR headaches. Whether you manage 10 rooms or 100, we scale with you through peak season, staff shortages, and last-minute bookings.
Why we exist
Most cleaning and hospitality service providers in New Zealand work at scale. They take on every property type, every service category, and every client size. The result is familiar to anyone who has managed a hotel: variable standards, rotating staff, and a support number that never reaches the person who can solve the problem.
Blue Circle took the opposite approach. We focus on selected properties across the Upper North Island, with trained teams, clear service standards, and direct accountability on every contract. Every client has a direct line to the Director, not an account manager three layers deep.

Discretion
Guests should never know we were there. That’s the standard. Our work is measured in what returns to normal after our team leaves — not in visible activity while they’re on site.
Accountability
When something isn’t right, it gets fixed — not explained. Every property has a direct channel to Rishi, and response time on service issues is measured in hours, not days.
Restraint
We don’t take on every enquiry. If a property isn’t a fit for the way we work — we make it work with by our experience in your way. Isn’t it a time-saving technique for both of us?
The team behind Blue Circle
We’re team of 18 and counting, experienced people: a core operations team supported by a network of trained contractors. Every field team member completes our internal housekeeping training before their first shift on a client site.
