How quickly can you start servicing our property?
For contracts in our Auckland service area, we can typically begin within 7–10 days of a signed proposal. This window covers the site walkthrough, team briefing, and a short trial period before full service commencement. Urgent starts can be accommodated case-by-case.
Our team includes both full-time staff and long-term contractors, all of whom complete Blue Circle internal housekeeping training before their first client shift. We do not use casual labour platforms or uncertified subcontractors.

Pricing is based on scope, frequency, staffing required, and property specifics — per-room or per-hour templates. After a site walkthrough, we provide a written proposal with no hidden fees, no variable line items.

Every contract includes a direct line to the Director. Service issues are addressed within 24 hours — typically same day for properties in our primary Auckland zone. If the issue is systemic, we review and adjust the service scope without re-negotiation.
Yes. Our team supplies all cleaning equipment, chemicals, and consumables as standard. If your property uses specific branded amenities (for example, luxury bath products or custom linen), we can either source these on your behalf or work with your preferred suppliers.
We are working toward comprehensive public liability insurance coverage appropriate for commercial hospitality work. Specific insurance documentation can be shared with prospective clients during contract negotiation.
Yes — our Property Transitions service covers short-term rental turnover. This is quoted separately from hotel/motel contracts because the cadence and scope differ. We do not currently offer hourly single-turnover bookings; we work on scheduled contract terms.

For recurring housekeeping contracts, the minimum is typically six months to allow for proper team familiarisation and service refinement. For one-off deep cleans, exterior work, or property transitions, there is no minimum — we quote per project.

Absolutely. Every new contract starts with a site walkthrough led by Rishi and the supervisor who will oversee your property. If you would like to meet the field team before the trial period begins, we can arrange that as well.
Yes, on a case-by-case basis across the Upper North Island — including Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Northland. Outside our primary Auckland zone, we focus on scheduled deep cleans, exterior work, and bespoke projects rather than daily housekeeping.
